Message	styling was heavily influenced by.... IMO the Z32 was the first real foray by Nissan into being a trend-setter, both stylistically and in engineering/performance, as opposed to a Johnny-come-lately or a one-upper. Which is why I view the GTR as a (half-)return to capturing that role as the trendsetter.
